We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your on line purchase. However, if you change your mind, or are dissatisfied with the product, your right to cancel your order is protected by the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This means that if you change your mind about your purchase and advise us by email to sales@dianadrummond.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the products, that you wish to cancel your order, we will reimburse your purchase in full within 30 days. In these circumstances we expect you to take good care of the products and return them as close as possible to their original condition, and as well packed as you received them, as soon as reasonably practicable. Please obtain and retain proof of posting.
Orders under £30 being sent to addresses within the UK will be subject to a P&P delivery charge of £2.95. All orders of £30 or over will continue to be sent P&P free.
Orders outwith the UK will continue to be charged at cost. We will use the most economical method, usually 2nd class post or Standard parcel rate.
If you want your item sent first class, please state this in the customer comments box. We will add £2.00 manually to your order if you request 1st class delivery.
Orders being sent overseas will normally be sent by Airmail and will be calculated on an individual basis. We will advise you of the cost of delivery before completeing the order process.
Most orders will be despatched within 5 working days, but we agree to despatch all orders within 28 days. Please let us know if you need your order within a specific timetable. We will always try to meet your request if we can.
We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.
All prices are valid from April 2012 and are expected to remain valid until April 2013. We reserve the right to vary prices at any time in response to increases in cost of ingredients, but we will not increase our charges to you after you have placed a valid order.
